Helping Orphaned Kittens Survive and Thrive!
Every year, countless kittens are left to fend for themselves in the streets, abandoned by their owners, or born to feral cat populations. These innocent creatures face unimaginable hardships, from malnutrition and illness to the dangers posed by traffic and predators. Without our help, their chances of survival are slim, and their suffering is profound.
Jackson County Animal Shelter has stopped accepting felines into their care. In response, FOTAS has been working hard to make sure our expanded Feline Foster-to-Adopt Program is strong and ready to handle the extra load.
Friends of the Animals’ volunteers are up for the challenge, with your help! We work tirelessly to provide shelter, medical care, spay/neuter, and love to abandoned kittens in our community. We give these kittens a second chance at life, and get them into loving forever homes.
Thank you for helping us save vulnerable kittens while reducing unplanned litters.
