Double Your Impact!
Reduce "Accidental" Litters
We are no longer accepting donations on this campaign, but there are other ways for you to support us today!
We have incredible news! Friends of the Animal Shelter has received a wonderfully generous matching-fund challenge that directly addresses the #1 animal-welfare issue addressing our county – overpopulation due to “accidental” litters of puppies and kittens that are overwhelming the Jackson County Animal Shelter.
The Barbara Roastingear and Henry Oliver III Family Foundation has once again pledged a generous $25,000 matching gift that will allow FOTAS to establish a dedicated Community Partners Spay/Neuter Fund and formalize a grant making program which will enable small animal welfare organizations in Southern Oregon to apply for funding to support their spay/neuter efforts for non-shelter animals. (All animals adopted from the Jackson County Animal Shelter are spayed/neutered.)
Every gift made to Friends of the Animal Shelter in support of the Community Partners Spay/Neuter Fund will be matched dollar-for-dollar! A $50 donation becomes $100; $250 becomes $500!
We only have until November 30 to raise $25,000, so please donate today to double your gift!
